Against the background of the current geopolitical constellations, the author looks at various empire models, which are discussed and compared with each other with regard to their stability and functioning. The focus is on the fifth concept as a possible new world order in the 21st century. The fusion of democratic states without war is the core idea and thus realizes the formation of a sustainable world order without competition. It serves the guarantee of eternal peace, global stability as well as the preservation of democratic values.
After twenty years in Germany, Iraqi-born Rami Johann is focused on world peace. As an integral part of life, it has become inescapable to him that the stability of the world order is a matter of theory and practice, precisely because the impossible is an illusion.
