Beschreibung

The “Chinese European Law Review – ChEuLR” is an English-language academic journal focusing on legal research and academic exchange between China and Europe. It places particular emphasis on the latest research findings in China and Europe across the entire field of law. The journal is characterised by a comprehensive, open and interdisciplinary perspective and aims to promote equal dialogue between the very different legal systems of China and Europe (by Europe being primarily understood as a concept linked by a common cultural tradition and including the member states of the EU, the EFTA and the EEA. The journal welcomes academic contributions from all areas of law, with a particular focus on innovative topics and new issues in the field of legal studies. Questions relating to the practical application of law will also be considered. The journal advocates free and equal academic dialogue between China and Europe and promotes a deeper understanding of scientific exchange between the two sides.
