Die Schriftenreihe Marburg International Research and Documentation Centre for War Crimes Trials (ICWC) bietet ein disziplinenübergreifendes Forum zur Erforschung und Diskussion der Entwicklung und Anwendung des Völkerstrafrechts im weiteren Kontext von Transitional Justice und der seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg geführten völkerstrafrechtlichen Prozesse. Die deutsch- oder englischsprachigen Bände befassen sich aus unterschiedlichen Fachperspektiven mit der nationalen wie internationalen Aufarbeitung und vor allem dem rechtlichen Umgang mit Kriegsverbrechen und anderen Formen systematischer Massengewalt.

The Publication Series of the Marburg International Research and Documentation Centre for War Crimes Trials (ICWC) offers an interdisciplinary forum for research and discussion of the development and application of international criminal law in the broader context of transitional justice and international criminal law trials conducted since the Second World War. The German and English-language volumes deal with the national and international processing and, above all, the legal handling of war crimes and other forms of systematic mass violence from various specialist perspectives.
