Philosophie für die Soziale Arbeit. Von der Theorie zur Praxis
Die Reihe stellt philosophische Konzepte von einzelnen Philosoph:innen mit hoher Aktualität kompakt für die Praxis der Sozialen Arbeit vor. Ziel der einzelnen Bände und damit der Reihe ist es, die Bedeutung der Philosophie als Bezugsdisziplin der Sozialen Arbeit nicht nur zu stärken, sondern auch anwendbar zu machen. Mit dieser Konzeption möchten die Autor:innen sowohl Praktiker:innen als auch Studierende und Lehrende der Sozialen Arbeit inspirieren und mit praktischen Übungen zur Selbstreflexion anregen.
Die erste Edition dieser Art hebt insbesondere Arbeiten von Philosophinnen hervor, da diese sowohl in der Philosophie als auch in vielen anderen Bezugswissenschaften der Sozialen Arbeit nach wie vor unterrepräsentiert sind.
Die Reihe möchte einen aktiven Beitrag zur Professionalisierung, insbesondere zur Akademisierung der Sozialen Arbeit leisten. Dabei steht stets der Bezug zu praktischen Ableitungen und Anwendungen der Theorien im Mittelpunkt.
The series presents philosophical concepts from individual philosophers with high contemporary relevance, compactly tailored for the practice of social work. The goal of each volume, and thus the series as a whole, is not only to strengthen the significance of philosophy as a reference discipline for social work but also to make it applicable. With this concept, the authors aim to inspire both practitioners as well as students and educators in social work and to encourage self-reflection through practical exercises.
The first edition of this kind particularly highlights the work of female philosophers, as they remain underrepresented in both philosophy and many other reference disciplines within social work.
The series aims to actively contribute to the professionalization and, in particular, the academization of social work. The focus is always on the practical derivations and applications of the theories.
