Feminist and Critical Political Economy
This series of publications creates a forum for new research insights into the relationships between the processes involved in restructuring the global economy, forms of global governance and political approaches to transnational civil society movements. At the same time, it also encourages discourse on a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches as well as on diverse empirical studies from different regions of the world. Moreover, it promotes a critical feminist approach to studying political economics, international relations and comparative politics.
The volumes in the series reflect the range of subjects which comprise critical feminist political economics (for example, feminist economics, feminist development studies, institutionalism, post-Keynesianism, heterodox economics, post-structuralism, post-colonial approaches, neo-Marxist and Gramscian theories, the French regulation school and intersectionality). Not only do we welcome comparative critical feminist approaches to the interaction between global, local and regional economic or development processes, but also studies on subjects such as engendering macroeconomics, global public goods, global governance, international and regional organisations, transnational players and social reproduction. Irrespective of their subject, all the studies submitted to the series may either be quantitative or qualitative.
